The Challenge: The Boston Child Study Center offers a wide, complex range of highly specialized assessments and evidence-based treatments across multiple locations. My primary UX goal was to design an Information Architecture (IA) that would allow two main user groups - parents/caregivers and referring clinicians to quickly find relevant, trustworthy information without being overwhelmed.

The Solution: Using Wordpress Elementor for rapid, modular development, I created a responsive site featuring an accessible menu structure and clear visual hierarchy. This included simplifying the complex treatment menu into easily digestible, segmented lists for Areas of Expertise, Specialized Treatments, and Levels of Care, ultimately driving the user toward a confident "Get Started" conversion. I conducted in-depth user research to pinpoint colors/images/graphics that exude a sense of professionalism and positivity while still feeling approachable.
