The Challenge: Dillon Supply faced the critical challenge of organizing their extensive and large product inventory online to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience. The primary goal was to provide users with a mechanism to easily sift through the massive inventory and quickly locate specific products. The existing interface lacked the necessary functionality, leading to user frustration, high bounce rates, and reduced conversion when customers attempted to browse the company's various product categories.

The Solution: We designed and implemented an optimized product listing page centered on enhanced navigational tools. The key solution was leveraging left rail filtering mechanisms, which provide users with dynamic, granular controls to drill down into their categories of interest, effectively segmenting the inventory in real-time.
