The Solution: I developed a streamlined, conversion-focused initial contact interface designed for clarity and ease of use. This solution provides a fluid process where prospects can quickly input location criteria to find a nearby facility. The design then prioritizes a direct pathway to connect the user with the right contact person, eliminating unnecessary steps and reducing abandonment rates.
