The Challenge: The Watertown Public Schools DEIB department required a central, accessible, and mission-aligned webpage to launch its initiatives. The project demanded translating complex strategic goals into a clear digital resource while adhering to strict brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and working within the structural constraints of the existing Smart Sites CMS.

The Solution: I led the full scope of the project, including strategic research, information architecture design, and final implementation within the CMS. The delivered solution is a highly usable and accessible webpage that clearly organizes the department’s core work, and articulates its 2026 strategic goals, successfully establishing the essential digital foundation for the DEIB department.
